Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Review applications, conduct phone screens, and maintain documentation of applicant and recruitment correspondence.
Present qualified applicants to hiring managers, including phone screen notes and supporting documents.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and applicants.
Ensure timely scheduling of background processing, including preparation and delivery of physical documents to candidates, adhering to onboarding checklist requirements.
Coordinate interviews with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers/teams, and applicants.
Conduct professional and personal reference checks, including DMV and DOJ.
Prepare new hire offer letters in compliance with position offer templates.
Assign electronic onboarding packages to new hires and submit to applicants.
Enter new hire information and ensure compliance in Paycom.
Upload all new hire documents.
Coordinate with applicants and the training department to provide training schedules before onboarding.
Prepare new hire packets, employee badges, and assign fobs and keys for the first day of onboarding.
Manage and maintain I-9 records following company guidelines.
Provide administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1-3 years of proven recruiting support (full-cycle corporate or staffing agency recruitment considered), administrative support, and customer service experience.
