JOB SUMMARY:
The Estate Yountville is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and identifying top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all recruitment data is accurately recorded and maintained
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop job postings
- Source and identify top talent using various recruiting tools and techniques
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on the recruitment process, interview techniques, and legal compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, and other organizations to promote job opportunities and identify potential candidates
- Attend job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates
- Conduct research and analysis on recruitment trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field
- MUST be bilingual in English/Spanish
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
