How you will make an impact as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Manage an efficient and effective full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, extending offers and communicating with candidates and hiring managers
• Partner with hiring managers on methods for interviewing and assessment of candidates to ensure appropriate skills level and organizational fit
• Apply innovative techniques for advertising and sourcing candidates, displaying ownership of critical talent pools within our markets
• Assist with review, selection, and deployment of new technologies
• Support employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees

What we're looking for in a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• 3-4 years of full cycle recruitment experience with an emphasis on the candidate experience
• Demonstrated skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Must convey a professional demeanor
• Ability to work with a great team in a collaborative environment
