Early Morning Stock Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. As a Stocking Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-stocked and organized. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and unpacking merchandise, stocking shelves, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Duties:
- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Sort and organize merchandise in designated areas
- Stock shelves with new products and ensure proper placement
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the stockroom and sales floor
- Assist customers with locating products and answering their inquiries
- Operate cash registers when needed
- Package items for shipment or delivery
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Basic understanding of retail math concepts (e.g., calculating discounts, sales tax) is beneficial
- Familiarity with sales techniques is advantageous
- Ability to clean and organize efficiently
- Strong communication skills to provide excellent customer service
