Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner within Human Resources focuses on attracting and identifying new talent for TireHub’s Field Hourly roles. This position, in conjunction with the Manager, High Volume recruiting, will help translate TireHub’s goals into talent solutions. The Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with the candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Role Specifics
- Responsible for attracting, recruiting, screening, and assessing new talent for assigned TireHub Hourly Field roles.
- Manages/oversees all phases of assigned hourly recruitment which includes maintaining and managing a talent pipeline for current and future talent needs; maintaining consistent understanding of market dynamics and where the talent can be sourced; leveraging social media, job fairs, job boards, etc. within local markets using targeted recruiting strategies.
- The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with Leaders and Hiring Managers of assigned acquisitions throughout the full life cycle recruiting process to understand their business objectives, growth strategies, initiatives, and recruiting needs, and will act as an internal consultant providing recommendations and insights on candidates including skill sets and cultural fit.
- Maintains contact with all candidates throughout interview, offer, and onboarding processes to ensure positive experience.
- Support TireHub Salary Talent Acquisition efforts as needed.
- Serves as ATS technical expert in fully understanding the system processes and usages. Maintains ATS for all assigned requisitions throughout hiring process ensuring all candidates are timely dispositioned throughout the requisition cycle. Provides and maintains updated reporting for all assigned requisitions.

Experience
· High School Diploma required, and Bachelor’s degree Preferred
· Experience generating candidates from a variety of channels including applicant tracking systems, job boards, etc.
· 2 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting with a minimum of 2 years in High Volume recruitment
· Outstanding organizational, communication, and collaboration skills with an ability to influence others at multiple levels
· Ability to conduct a High Volume of phone screens daily is a requirement
· Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system (UKG- preferred)
· Ability to manage a robust candidate pipeline with metrics, funnel analysis, and continual improvement
This role is based out of TireHub's corporate offices in Dunwoody, Georgia.
