What does a Talent Acquisition Manager at do at Swire Coca-Cola?
You will lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals to source, recruit, hire, and retain top-tier talent within our Sales & Logistics functions. The positions your team will be hiring for will primarily be hourly roles with high volume and high turnover. In this role, you will partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy that drives business success and ensures world-class candidate and hiring leader experiences. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR leadership and business leaders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters (hiring mainly hourly, high-volume roles) to own and drive an efficient hiring process, identify, and develop proactive talent identification while creating strategic hiring plans focused on innovative ways to reach diverse talent
- Partner with the Director, Talent Acquisition to develop and implement Swire’s TA, recruitment marketing brand, Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and TA technology strategies
- Partner with the business, including Senior Leaders, and internal HR subject matter experts to provide a flawless, inclusive and compliant recruitment experience for all stakeholders
- Manage, leverage, and challenge existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to generate a proactive and efficient approach to improving the quality of candidates, candidate experience, and time-to-hire
- Thought leader for ATS including processes and design intended to optimize the Recruiting function (current and future-state) for business leaders, HR and Talent Acquisition teams, aiding in superior user experience while ensuring compliance with EEO/OFCCP interdependencies
- Promote a culture of creativity and accountability within TA team to enhance relationships with hiring leaders by providing consultative advice and delivering quality results5
- Identify opportunities to increase the diversity of the candidate pool by partnering with internal and external organizations that support the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts
- Develop and facilitate training and resources around recruitment techniques and best practices to all hiring leaders
- Identify, understand, and leverage market data, industry and innovative trends, and emerging Talent Acquisition platforms/resources to support Swire’s recruiting needs and compete for top talent in the market
- Partner, execute and deliver on Campus & Diversity recruiting initiatives resulting in robust, diverse and qualified talent
- Create and implement consistent communication mechanism to HR Business Partners and leaders for all open recruitment requirements
- Lead and participate in key company and/or HR Projects for the organization outside of the day-to-day recruitment operations
- Partner with Supervisor, TA Operations to ensure overall end to end recruitment process and regular reporting is consistent, effective and meets the needs of the organization
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience (1 additional year of experience required in lieu of every 1 year of schooling) required
- 8+ years of experience of in-house Talent Acquisition, human resources, or related industry work with demonstrated subject matter expertise in the areas of talent attraction, assessment, and selection of talent required
- 2+ years experience in a leadership role required
- Subject matter expert in recruitment policies and processes including knowledge of equal employment opportunity regulations
- Conceptually analytical with an inherent metrics-driven approach to developing scalable, sustainable strategies and initiatives
- Demonstrable track record of improving Talent Acquisition processes, optimizing candidate experience, and improving direct hire/fill rates
- Proven ability to lead projects to completion
