Your position:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s goals.
- Bridge management and new hire relationships by communicating and handling any issues.
- Create and manage the recruiting process by creating job postings, resume screenings, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
- Properly communicate employer information and job functions during the interview process.
- Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Coordinate performance management process for new hires.
- Assist in planning company meetings.
