Position Summary:
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert to business leaders, maintaining a clear understanding of overall company strategy
- Oversee the entire Talent Acquisition process, including sourcing, selection, due diligence, job offers and on-boarding for all levels of positions across the organization
- In partnership with the Enterprise Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) team, work on assessing, implementing, and maintaining key metrics to set measurable goals and monitor Talent Acquisition activity results
- Implement proactive strategies to develop a talent pool including the development of deep partnerships with colleges, universities, trade schools, technical networking organizations and other key talent sources to secure the future pipeline of qualified candidates
- Hire, develop, inspire, coach, and manage Talent Acquisition team to support overall department and organizational needs and initiatives
- Will be responsible for actively recruiting senior level or high-profile positions, as needed
- Develop training tools and programs to assist with improving effectiveness for hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team
- Other projects or duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 10+ years related experience in operations/field recruitment and staffing coupled with 6+ year of people management experience
- Proven Talent Acquisition professional with successful track record of leadership hiring
- Ability to develop strong relationships with the business and create a deep sense of community amongst the team
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Adept at consulting, advising, and influencing leaders on TA issues
- Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills, especially with senior management
- Ability to multi-task between many different projects
- Proven effective leadership and management skills; ability to coach and develop team
- Ability to think outside the box and bring creative ideas to the table
- Strong conceptual flexibility with an ability to synthesize large amounts of data and input from a variety of stakeholders to select and influence/drive the best solution
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key business leaders and employees at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high quality results.

- Travel requirement: 25%
