Responsibilities:
- Research, verify and process documents for titles and registrations on vehicles, boats and recreational vehicles.
- Processing of handicap permits.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Interacting with the general public on a daily basis.
- Responding promptly and politely to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer issues.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience Required.
- Cashier Experience Required
- Data Entry Experience Required
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using computers.
- Any Automotive Tag Agency experience is a plus
- Any Title Clerk experience is a plus
