Table Games Dual Rate Pit Manager

Located just east of downtown Kansas City, Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City is a Midwestern entertainment hub that offers something for everyone.  Ameristar has one of the largest casino floors in Missouri, amazing dining venues, a newly renovated luxury hotel, and more. Ameristar also offers convenient parking in a five-level, 2,660 space parking structure with an enclosed, climate-controlled walkway to the casino and entertainment center. Ameristar is seeking a Table Games Supervisor.  The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising dealers, pits, and games.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to guest service standards.
• Knowledge in all aspects of the game supervised.
• Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed at designated time.
• Ensure compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Missouri Gaming Regulations and Internal controls.
• Ensure proper inventory of cheques on TABLE GAMES to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately.
• Train and mentor all team members to ensure standards are met.
• Complete Player play evaluation sheet at a win or loss of $2,500.00.
• Communicate all information regarding section to incoming Floor Supervisor.
• Maintenance of equipment within section.
• Ensure the integrity of games in assigned section.
• Job Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards.
• Be prepared to act in the role of Supervisor or Lead Casino Supervisor. 
• Ensure games are opened and closed timely when acting as Lead Casino Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent team member and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work any shift or hours.
• Able to work in a fast paced work environment.   
• Experience as a Table Games Dealer.
• Experience as a Table Games Supervisor.
• Experience as a Dual Rate Pit Manager a plus.
