Job Responsibilities:
- Execute on and support a vast array of centralized operational TA business processes spanning the employee and owner lifecycle. This may include:
Enter event into TA System platforms
Event scheduling and materials including resume packets, university one pagers, name tags, etc.
Event travel logistics and facility catering needs
Appointment booking needs for onsite RSM events
Post Event Support including uploading candidates into TA Systems, expense reimbursement, and invoice processing.
- Provides excellent service to the employees, owners and Talent Team members providing redirection and educational opportunities to increase customer knowledge while resolving the current situation.
- Collaborate effectively within and outside the team to ensure integrated approach to the Talent experience
- Communicate daily with TA Event Support Lead on productivity, quality & availability
- Identify communication and operational issues arising during day-to-day administration activities, making recommendations for process improvements to continuously improve efficiency and customer service.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources function
- Minimum of 1 year experience using an HRIS
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Preferred Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related degree
- Ability to easily and effectively communicate complex information in a meaningful manner
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers internally and external business partners
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and/or programs
- Ability to work well under pressure; meet established targets and goals in a high volume, fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
- Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize work and consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
- Must be able to efficiently and effectively manage a high volume of inquiries and respond in a timely manner
This role will be open to internal employees for 10 days.

Compensation Range: $42,800 - $73,600
