Bilingual Public Relations, Events, and Sales Support

Here's the Deal:
We're looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual, multi-tasker to join our right brained ALLO marketing team. We need you to show us you can juggle, organize, and build relationships both internally and with our external partners and community members. You may have heard our internet is crazy-fast, possibly only outmatched by the hustle of this team. Things don't move slowly in our fiberhood, we need someone who can keep up.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director and team to execute a variety of tasks within marketing, social media, sales, Public Relations, event coordination, and internal communication, to name a few. The world of technology and ALLO is constantly evolving, you won't be expected to exhibit transformation skills in the interview, but we will want to hear about your ability to adapt, flex, and pivot as needed. Knowledge and experience are essential, but character is just as important. We look for those who show a natural inclination for our core values: Local, Honest, Exceptional, and Hassle-Free.
Here's what a typical day looks like:

• Hustle hard on day-to-day execution of events, sponsorships, and local involvement.
• Work within the marketing team and advertising agencies to create acquisition, retention, upsell campaigns and customer material.
• Outlook may become your best friend. Responsible for keeping event calendars up-to-date.
• Establish project timelines within Monday.com to ensure key milestones are met and projects are delivered on time, keeping our Marketing team ALLO-awesome.
• Don't forget the numbers. Let's talk sales. Are we getting new customers and keeping customers with the events we are sponsoring or hosting?
• We thrive on awesome customer service which means part of your week will be spent working in ALLO offices to engage with customers, offer coverage, and build relationships.
• Get involved! We want you to be the center of it all - meeting community members, engaging in activities, Chamber lunches, and business after-hours.
• Engage with our internal bilingual support and operations groups. Get people involved in local events, supporting our Spanish speaking customer base, and each other.
• Present information to our Operations Managers on engagement, conversions, and brand reputation.
