Job DescriptionSummary of Position:The Systems Integration & Business Intelligence Engineer will conduct discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and other related business applications. This role will function as a key resource for our clients spanning, finance, product distribution, manufacturing, job costing, field service, sales, marketing, service, and reporting. Additionally, this person will also be involved in maintaining and supporting the current cloud infrastructure which handles transactional API calls for inventory and product status management.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:- Design, configure, and extend the Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system data interfaces for reporting and analysis
- Lead and assist in data pipeline debugging and support
- Support a mixture of Azure and AWS cloud data infrastructure
- Write complex and efficient queries for reporting
- Learn business financial data configuration
- Provide small to moderate end-user support, training,
- Write and develop technical documentation for data infrastructure
- Configure new ERP integrations with other transactional systems
- All other duties as assigned by manager.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills
- Excels at operating in a fast-paced technical environment
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related technical field preferred
- 3 - 5 years minimum of related experience
- Experience with ERP or CRM Product, required; Business Central experience preferred
- Rest API development experienced required
- Cloud integration tool experience required, such as logic apps, Step functions, Boomi
- Python / SQL knowledge preferred
- This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
