Performs advanced Enterprise Integration Engineer work. Plans, designs, and implements significant System Integration processes. Creates documentation for the processes. Serve as a developer of enterprise System Integrations and other software integrations and development projects. Leads technical process workshops.
Responsibilities:
Provide planning, design, development, execution, testing, and implementation of integrations to meet project objectives and measures.
Participate in and lead technical process workshops and collaborate with other technical or functional business process teams.
Create technical specifications and detailed software design documentation based on business requirements; Use vendor development environment and toolset to design and configure systems and reports.
Perform data mapping and conversion testing; Working independently and as part of a team, design and implement significant System Integrations.
Collaborate with project teams and users to ensure the software systems meet critical business requirements and standardize processes as much as possible.
Keep Technical Team Lead and team members informed of changes and project status.
Establishes and develops timelines.
Assist in developing solutions for users in completing user acceptance. Work with the project team to troubleshoot reported problems of application software.
Resolve and escalate issues. Develop technical patterns, techniques, and standards for the team and assist junior team members in their use.
Collaborate with change management teams on communications and training initiatives for successful adoption by stakeholders.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five (5) years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience with Virtualization Technologies (VMware preferred), Microsoft Server, Oracle Databases, Microsoft SQL Server
Working knowledge of application installation, troubleshooting, security, and enterprise integration (Federation/API)
Excellent organizational skills, written communication, and attention to detail.
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
