Responsibilities:
- Provide testing support for tour family products.
- Ensure product quality through the application of technical and testing skills.
- Create test cases, complete manual test scripts, and perform ad-hoc testing for requirement validation, acceptance criteria validation, integration, regression, performance, and usability testing.
- Help write user stories with acceptance criteria that determine specific testable product functionality.
- Perform and complete testing tasks for application releases (includes new development and testing of existing functionality).
- Support testing of application and environmental upgrades and resolution of production issues.
- Provide solutions tour web developers when automated tests fail (e.g. supply new testing cases treplace in the automated testing suite).
- Create test documentation (e.g. standards, scripts).
- Work with web developers to automate tests that can be moved tCI.
- Communicate test results.
- Bachelor's degree with a major or specialized courses in: Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Computer Science or similar field of study or commensurate experience.
- 2 years experience in software testing mostly as a Manual Quality Assurance Test Engineer.
- Proficient in writing test scripts and test cases for requirement validation, integration, regression, performance, and usability testing and a combination of the following.
- Experience working with agile teams.
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Experience with tools such as GitLab and Selenium.
- Knowledge of automated testing.
- Understanding of 508 compliance testing and knowledge of usability testing.
