Systems Analyst (Smithfield, Ri Primary - Durham, Merrimack, Bost, Westlake)

Title: Systems Analyst

Location: Hybrid From Smithfield RI, or Durham NC, or Boston MA and  Westlake TX

The Team

• Fidelity Brokerage Technology (FBT) enables business partners to win in their respective marketplaces by crafting, building and maintaining the technology platforms and products of Fidelity Institutional, Personal Investing and Workplace Investing.
• The Role
• This role is part of one our Data Squads. The person will be working across FI and in some cases across other Business Units as well. The team consists of the Product Owner and other developers and this person will be responsible for working with our business users and identifying and detailing the requirements

 The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 7-8 years of systems analysis experience
• Extensive experience working directly with business and detailing their requirements
• Strong SQL and Data skills
• Can connect with the developers / QA directly and ensure they can understand what the requirements are
• Good Communication skills
• Worked in an agile team
• Financial domain experience would be very advantageous

MUST HAVE:

• Strong SQL skills are preferred – not looking at developer level, however SQL is mandatory for any analysis
• Good communication skills
