- Lead EPMO projects through the Initiate Phase, adhering to PMBOK standards and best practices.
- Create business focused requirements and process flows.
- Facilitate sessions with stakeholders of variety of backgrounds.
- Analyze the business, guide dialogue, interpret and analyze information to create requirements and recommendations.
- Communicate requirements in a manner that both technical and nontechnical stakeholders can consume.
- Create cost benefit analysis information using business requirement estimation, shared from a variety of BCBSRI partners.
- Independently produce accurate high quality documentation.
