- Provide intermediate to advanced level installation, administration, and troubleshooting support of personal computer hardware and software solutions in use throughout the company.
- Assist with the administration and support of network infrastructure components such as switches, WiFi devices, server operating systems, virtualization, and data storage and backup systems.
- Assist with the administration of on-premises and cloud technologies in support of business applications.
- Evaluate new hardware and software for use within the company.
- Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Four year college degree in Computer Science or related field with two years experience or equivalent four years work experience required. Work experience must include a minimum of at least 3 years experience in an advanced personal computer technical support environment.
- Advanced knowledge of personal computer hardware and software.
- Working knowledge of local area networks, WiFi connectivity, network and server virtualization, Windows server and desktop operating systems, on-premises and cloud technolgies, and mobile devices required.
