Job purpose
Relias Healthcare owns, implements, and relies on software to host and manage internal personnel, client-patient data, and financial operations. The scope of tools varies in complexity, content, and compliancy. A single administrator is required to manage systems, ensure security, and implement future facing innovations to remain secure and relevant in multiple clinical settings.
Duties and responsibilities
Network Adminisatrtion:
- Monitor and Improve inter-system connectivity
- Work with IT Specialist to define and implement network and device provisioning policies
- Work with IT Specialist to define and implement security protocols, both internal and outfacing, for all rh owned electronic systems.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments
EMR Systems:
- Serve as super-user for rh owned EMR platforms
- Understand and properly assign user privileges
- Implement scalable strategies for system growth
- Procure report insights from within systems to allow for transparency among stakeholders
- Ensure strict Security protocols in compliance with HIPAA standards and beyond
- Advise and implement improvements to existing or new platforms
- Coordinate users and vendors to meet quality standards
Corporate Office and IT systems:
- Oversee employee management services, including O365, payroll, scheduling, credentialing, ticketing, portals, etc
- Manage and improve rh asset security for all company devices
System Integration:
- Build API for available systems to harmonize source of truth meta data and automated account creations
- Work with partners and vendors to automate the import of data onto our systems
- Test options for a structured database for internal departments to query from
- Implement Azure pipelines to process data from files and monitor usage
- Work with Dashboard Engineers to connect various data sources to BI reports with row level authentication
Qualifications
- Mastery (Proven Experience) of digital security and data privacy. Certification preferred
- 4+ years experience in Information Technology, Personnel Management Systems or similar
- Provide personal quality of character references
- Preferred: understanding of healthcare informatics and revenue cycle
