Summary of Position:
Core States Group is looking for a Systems Administrator who will support the implementation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. This individual will be responsible to ensure seamless operations, robust security, and optimal performance across our network drives to support our growing architecture, engineering, and construction services. The Systems Administrator will report to the Workplace Technology Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Network Architecture and Management:
- Design, implement, and manage our network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, door access and wireless networks.
- Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki devices, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- VPN Implementation and Security:
- Deploy and manage VPN solutions, both site-to-site and client-to-site.
- Implement 2FA (two-factor authentication) using Azure MFA or Okta for VPN clients.
- Azure Networking:
- Setting up and managing Azure Virtual Networks and optimize network traffic and security.
- Connect multiple sites to Azure VPN (hub or spoke configuration) and ensure proper routing.
- Office 365 Integration:
- Coordinate the integration of Office 365 services into our infrastructure.
- Ensure seamless connectivity to Office 365 applications and services.
- Email Security (Mimecast):
- Implement and manage Mimecast policies to safeguard against phishing, malware, and data leaks.
- Identity and Access Management (Okta):
- Integrate Okta with our applications and services for streamlined user authentication.
- Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts, evaluate new technologies, and stay informed about industry trends.
- Manage remote projects and installations performed by 3rd parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Azure, and Okta preferred.
- Proven experience in managing complex network environments.
- Strong knowledge of Meraki, VPN technologies, Azure Networking, Office 365, Mimecast, and Okta.
- Experience with industry standards such as, ISO, NIST, GDPR.
Work Location:
This is a hybrid role that will be based out of either our Philadelphia, PA or West Chester, PA offices.
