Position Overview:

• Working on a team that provides phone and remote support for customer networks
• Perform preventative maintenance on servers and workstations
• Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues in conjunction with other vendors as needed
• Install software and hardware both remotely and at customer location
• Produce documentation and provide training for the end user relating to the products we install
• Collaborate with co-workers to implement customer projects

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• A+/Network+, Microsoft certification, and/or Associates Degree. MCITP: SA preferred
• Must be proficient with mainstream Microsoft products
• Industry certs such as A+, Microsoft, Cisco or VMware
• Customer Service Skills - Experience providing excellent service to customers
• Problem Solving Skills - Able to gather information, evaluate options and offer good solutions
• High degree of knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Ability to work with little supervision
• 2 to 5 years of experience
• Must have valid driver's license and own car

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
