Learning Management Systems Administrator -- Content Developer

RATE OF PAY:

• $48,000 — $55,000 Annual

• The pay listed is what one could reasonably expect to earn depending upon work experience

SCHEDULING:

• Monday through Friday
• 45 to 50 hours per week, but could vary based on business demand

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure quality and accuracy of all materials
2. Responsible for Learning Management Systems configuration & administration
3. Point of contact for Field to troubleshoot and answer questions-coordinating with IT Support, General Office, Marketing, and HRIS as needed
4. Uses multimedia skills to develop, design and update new and current learning materials drive organizational learning and results

   • Videos

   • Elearning modules

   • Workbooks

   • Instructor Guides

   • Job aides

5. Uploads content, manages learning pathways, runs reports, and enrolls mandatory training
6. Work with video production and graphic sources to produce final versions of course materials
7. Provides support to evaluate, analyze and report on training effectiveness
8. Track program evaluations and test results
9. Clearly communicates project status
10. Coordinate with 3rd party vendors as needed

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate with a Bachelors degree from a University or College

• Experience with software design tools such as

  • Articulate Suite

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)

  • Other similar design software

• Experience building online and in-person courses for adult learners from the basic and fundamentals

• Experience writing video scripts and video production

• Experience with multimedia production is highly preferred

• Ability to work under minimal supervision and in stressful situations

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Team player
