Sharepoint Administrator

Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is looking for a candidate to provide SharePoint development on a classified network for NIWC PAC at COMPACFLT. The selected candidate will be the primary administrator supporting the SharePoint infrastructure.

Specific job duties include:

• SharePoint Farm administration
  • Supporting Production, Development, and Test environments
  • Supporting the user provisioning service
• Windows server operation, maintenance, networking including Active Directory, IIS, SSL and PKI infrastructure
• Creating new databases and database instances in support of SharePoint Farm growth
• Ensuring the health of databases and performing backup processes and verifying data integrity, and implementing disaster recovery
• Reporting on compliance with DoD Cybersecurity requirements
• Interfacing with other collaboration/portal support staff at COMPACFLT HQ as a SharePoint subject matter expert
• Providing customer support to HQ users and subordinate commands

Certifications (IAT Level II - Windows)

One of the following:

• Security+ CE
• GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
• Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP)
• System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)

Required Skills

• 5+ Years of Experience with Sharepoint
• 3+ Years of Experience with Windows
• Experience with Windows VM environment

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL Certification
• Experience with the IAVM process
