The role will involve close to 100% travel to different locations within the Raleigh, NC geographic area. This position is for the repair of IBM logo and non logo products. Candidate should have knowledge of both product sets and can handle the requirements of the position along with the required work hours. The work hours could be 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and the candidate must also understand that after hour call outs are possible and they will be expected to take their fair share of call outs on any shift and on any day. Certifications such as Cisco, Pure, and Tera data are plus along with any skills or training that have been completed on the IBM Logo equipment. Candidate must also be will to travel out of state for required training, as it becomes available.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
High School diploma or higher is required.
Any certificates from Cisco, Pure, or Tera data should be disclosed but not required
Any higher level of learning should be documented
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Any non IBM certifications, such as Cisco, Pure, and Tera Data are preferred.
Any IBM Logo experience past or current will be considered

For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
