About the job

The System Maintenance and Development Manager (JAVA & JSP) at Psomagen will focus on the development and innovation of the main system with web applications. The individual should be skilled in Java & JSP programming.

Responsibilities

• Successfully perform all aspects of the software development tasks, including front-end, back-end, and Database(MySQL), especially in Java & JSP
• Manage resources to ensure timely and successful deliveries
• Ensure sites maintain optimum performance
• Provide system support for the Laboratory system
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to requests from internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned projects

Minimum Skills/Qualifications

• Advanced in Java / JSP (Spring framework)
• Proficient in HTML / CSS / JavaScript
• Proficient in MySQL DB
• Bilingual (English and Korean) preferred

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Programming, or a related field.
• Must have at least 3 years of related work experience (ideally 3-5 years)
