Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager with a specialized focus on the Health and Human Services sector, you will be a key player in expanding our reach and impact. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience working directly with HHS and related agencies, leveraging their insights and relationships to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
Industry Expertise:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Health and Human Services sector, including an understanding of current trends, challenges, and regulatory frameworks.
- Stay abreast of developments within HHS and related agencies to identify business opportunities.
Business Development:
- Develop and execute a strategic Business Development plan to identify and secure new opportunities within the HHS sector.
- Leverage existing relationships and build new partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within HHS and related agencies.
Proposal Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations specifically tailored to HHS requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring compliance with HHS guidelines.
Contract Negotiation:
- Lead contract negotiations with HHS and related agencies, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Stay informed about HHS procurement processes and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record as a Business Development Manager with a focus on the Health and Human Services sector.
- Existing network and relationships within HHS and related agencies.
- Strong understanding of HHS procurement processes and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
