System Analyst, Product Information Management :: Remote

Role Summary
You will work in a fast-paced environment on an online platform that serves 500+ web & mobile sites globally. Your role will have you working on all
aspects of the digital customer experience with Estee Lauder's range of brands, from engaging customers via digital marketing channels, searching
and browsing for products in the online shop and other sales channels, all the way to the customer receiving their order.

The Product Information, Systems Analyst is responsible for the maintenance of system integrations (both upstream and downstream), product
data analysis, attribute mapping, , and identify the outliers of data attributes of our Product Information Management System (PIM). You will work
closely with technical, product management and marketing/merchandizing staff across the company, so strong communication and task
coordination skills are essential.

Experience in working with technical teams working on backend, middleware or frontend platforms
Ability to validate data integrity, completeness and relevance to the business requirements
Support technical and architectural changes in transforming Product Information while maintaining the data integrity and hierarchy
structure.
Exhibit curiosity and the desire to learn new tools and technologies; Tech savviness with an initiative to learn new software systems quickly
Thrive in a fast-past, dynamic environment and prioritize work and time effectively
Must be able to understand current and future state integrations, recommend changes based on the outcome of analysis performed

Key responsibilities
Understand, document, and elaborate the technical and non-technical requirements for system integrations.
Build mapping of attribute between source and destination systems
Construct integration diagrams and data flow charts and maintain them along with updates to systems and integrations
Identify new attributes, build technical requirements while mapping to the business context and usage of the attribute
Build and maintain data dictionary
Recommend incremental updates to data model accommodating additional data attributes and entities
Work with technical team implementing changes to data model
Evaluate the data for integrity and accuracy; feedback and work with business and technical teams to backfill gaps, if any
Leverage in-depth master data management and PIM knowledge combined with technical data analysis to gain significant insights to
maintain and improve the master data.
Identify, track and report new data attributes across brands
Summarize and report the work progress on daily basis

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in technology / engineering with computer science or related field
5+ years' experience in implementing database driven projects
2-3 years of experience in architecting database, data warehousing or data migration
Must be extremely detail-oriented, deadline driven and have the ability to manage multiple projects at once;
Tech savviness with an initiative to learn new software systems quickly;
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and critical-thinking skills to be able to proactively resolve issues and continuously improve
results;
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required,

Skills Preferred
Strong knowledge relational databases like Oracle, MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server
Experience in working with data interchange formats like JSON and bulk data formats like CSV and Excel.
Good written and verbal communication skills required
Experience in business analytics tools like PowerBI is preferred.
Knowledge of inriver and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Knowledge in eCommerce testing is added advantage
