Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with a passion for technology and its applications in the sales and marketing domain. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing our CRM systems, telecommunications infrastructure, including Twilio, and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in systems administration with specialized skills in CRM management, VoIP phone systems, Twilio API integration, and data analytics, all within a sales and marketing context.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the administration and enhancement of our CRM platform, ensuring it aligns with sales and marketing objectives.
Manage and optimize VoIP phone systems to support our dynamic sales team.
Integrate and maintain Twilio services for innovative customer interaction and engagement.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide analytical insights from CRM data.
Enforce stringent security protocols across all systems to safeguard customer and company data.
Offer technical support and training on CRM and analytics tools, tailored to sales and marketing functions.
Understand and address the unique system requirements of the sales and marketing departments.
Proactively monitor system performance, identifying and resolving issues before they impact business operations.
Keep abreast of technological advancements, particularly those beneficial to sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on CRM, telecommunications, and analytics in a sales/marketing environment.
Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Forth Dynamics 365) with a focus on sales and marketing functionalities.
Proficiency in managing and configuring VoIP phone systems.
Experienced in Twilio API integrations for enhanced customer communications.
Knowledge of data analytics tools and their application in sales and marketing.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills, catering to a diverse sales and marketing team.
Independent worker and collaborative team player.
Relevant certifications are desirable.
