Salary: $70000 - $75000
Office Status: Onsite - Remote Friday
Office Location: Orlando, Florida
Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):
•First level of triage and research of support issues.
•Work with Engineers on identifying recurring issues from support or other sources.
•Administer established systems and services.
•Perform second tier troubleshooting.
•Perform routine updates, patches, configuration changes.
•Install, configure, deploy, and update applications.
•Manage system patching and updates.
•Manage application delivery.
•Administer applications including cloud applications. (Office365)
•Ensure all work is executed in a secure manner.
•Knowledge of VMWare and its configuration.
•Configure basic switches, routers, and other hardware. (Sophos switches, Fortigate firewalls, HP and Lenovo is what they have)
•Possible travel for up to 5 days at a time per quarter.
•Be a part of the on-call rotation for IT.
Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
•3-5 years of experience
•Bachelor's degree in Technology related field or relevant certifications.
•Willingness and ability to learn.
•Communication with varied audiences, including end-users.
•Tier 2 Support.
