Salary: $275,000 - $350,000 per year
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as a Permanent SVP - Software & Data Engineering. In this role, you will be leading our software and Data Engineering teams to deliver innovative technology solutions. This is a high visibility, high impact role, where you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our software and Data Engineering efforts. You will be working closely with other senior leaders to ensure our technology stack supports our business objectives.
As a Permanent SVP - Software & Data Engineering, your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing strategic leadership to our software and Data Engineering teams, ensuring they are aligned with our business objectives.
2. Driving the design, development, and deployment of our software and data solutions, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and performance.
3. Collaborating with other senior leaders to define our technology strategy, and ensuring our technology stack supports our business objectives.
4. Leading the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and methodologies, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the technology industry.
5. Overseeing the management and security of our data assets, ensuring we comply with all relevant regulations and best practices.
6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our technology partners and vendors.
7. Ensuring our software and Data Engineering teams have the resources and support they need to succeed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in software and Data Engineering.
2. Proven experience with technologies such as Fivetran, Snowflake, Okta, and Google Cloud.
3. A strong understanding of modern software development methodologies and best practices.
4. Proven experience in managing and securing data assets.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
6. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive the strategic direction of our technology efforts.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other senior leaders.
8. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
