SalaryBank of New Hampshire is seeking a dynamic and experienced SVP - Director of Information Technology to lead our technology operations and drive strategic initiatives and innovation across the organization. While acting as the Bank’s chief Information Technology officer, the SVP - Director of IT will play a crucial role in leading the IT team, developing and implementing best practices, and ensuring the alignment of technology with business objectives. Responsibilities will include leading the IT Department in planning, budgeting, and implementing technology initiatives to support organizational growth and innovation. Have a “customer first” approach to IT service delivery.
Qualified candidates should have 10+ years proven experience in senior IT leadership roles, with a track record of driving IT strategy, innovation and transformation. Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies with expertise in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, thick/thin clients and enterprise software. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the banking industry.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving business value through technology. Experience managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, and outsourcing arrangements. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Bachelor's Degree in computer sciences, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree (e.g. MBA) preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.

This is an on-site position at our Gilford Operations Center, located at 10 Mutual Way Gilford, NH 03249. Our main office is located in Laconia NH - the heart of the scenic Lakes Region. We are within 2 hours of the White Mountains, Boston, and the seacoast, and we have several beautiful lakes surrounding our 21 office locations. Check us out and see all that the area has to offer!
