What would you be responsible for?
- Building long-term relationships with clients and teams that value you and your service
- Delivering surveys on time and within budget
- Mentoring staff
What problems are we solving?
- Helping clients determine the location of their boundary lines
- Lead developers through the land development process
- Creating underground utility maps
- Use hydrographic survey technology to determine the elevations of river and lake bottoms
- Designing and providing layout for major subdivisions to maximize buildable lots
- Creating underground utility maps
What tools do we use?
- Trimble scanners, robotic total stations, GPS, and TSC 7 Collectors
- Drones
- Underground utility marking equipment
- Ground penetrating radar
- New survey trucks and modern offices and technology
- Civil 3D
What are examples of projects you would work on?
- Construction staking set up for a coffee shop, a residential subdivision, or an Interstate Highway
- Utility substation surveys
- Boundary survey work
- ALTA survey

Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- 5-15 years of Survey experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying is strongly preferred
- Experience managing teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Travel:
- Position based in South Bend
- Local travel required
