```Duties```
- Assist the surgical team during dental procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
- Prepare the operating room by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary equipment
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist or oral surgeon during procedures
- Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
- Perform basic dental receptionist duties such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Maintain infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Monitor patient vital signs and assist with patient comfort during procedures
- Utilize aseptic techniques to prevent the spread of infection
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Surgical Assistant or Dental Assistant is preferred
- Proficiency in dental software systems such Open Dental
- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and ability to take dental x-rays
- Familiarity with infection control protocols and aseptic technique
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
