Surgery Center Front Desk Registration

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Register patients for surgery
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic

Experience:
- Previous experience in a clerical or office role is preferred in health care setting
- Familiarity with medical procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role

This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure. A friendly and professional demeanor is important for interacting with clients, visitors, and staff members.
