Job Description
3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, with 1-2 shifts per week from 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Serve as the frontline support for driver-partners, addressing a diverse range of customer issues.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, swiftly tackling various customer concerns and inquiries.
- Develop expertise in Via's services, embody the brand, and promote its values in all interactions.
- Provide top-tier customer service to enhance the rider experience.
- Identify customer trends and pain points, contributing ideas for innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate customer feedback to various departments, facilitating continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Location: Park City, Utah (Onsite role)
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite; Previous CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
- Strong team player with a proactive approach to work and problem-solving.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to varied projects.
- Empathetic listener with the capability to understand customer needs.
- Curiosity and adaptability in navigating uncertain situations.
- Sense of humor, combined with an awesome attitude!
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
