SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES:
Duties include gathering and reporting of information, problem solving, reviewing and evaluating various reports, maintaining records and reports, providing analytical data and support to executives.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Perform various analytical and data evaluation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to exercise some judgmental decisions in an independent manner.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Must exercise discretion in execution of all duties.
- Contact is by telephone, e-mail, written correspondence.
- Ability to meet department deadlines and efficiently handle distribution to appropriate parties.
- Other duties as required by the department.
Required Skills
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum typing requirement of 30 wpm.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment as well as various software packages required by the department.
- Ability to understand and apply a variety of oral and written instructions, demonstrates initiative.
- Proficient communication skills including proper grammar, word usage, and punctuation in writing and verbally.
- Must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
