As a Client Specialist (Service Ambassador), you’ll act as a liaison between our clients and Arteriors by supporting client inquiries. You’ll be the first point of contact for the client and will assist with and resolve any issues that arise. To land this gig, you’ll need a High School Diploma or equivalent. You’ll also need to have experience in a customer support role that required phone and email support.
Service Ambassadors located in the DFW Metroplex work a hybrid schedule (2 days from home and 3 days in office.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of customer support experience in a corporate (non-retail) environment
- Experience working within an ERP or CRM
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highschool Diploma or GED, required
