The Job:
This critical role within the Global Supply Management ("GSM") Global Supply Chain ("GSC") Indirect Global Procurement ("IGP") organization seeks IT Procurement Support. The role is responsible for Reporting, proactive Project Management, and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Documentation creation and maintenance in support of the IT Procurement team and global Business and Functional Unit stakeholder base. This is a remote position without direct reports. Specifically, you'll:

• Reporting: For IT contracts, IT projects, IT strategy, and more, create, maintain and reconcile detailed contract, budget and other trackers. Deliver presentations on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as Cost Savings, Working Capital Payment Terms, Cycle Time and Spend Analytics. Provide status updates to stakeholders in IT, Finance, Procurement and others.

• Project Manage and follow up with IT team members, IT Procurement Team and others to ensure inputs to reports are provided in time and in turn, contracts are executed on time for timely purchase order creation.

• Create "SOPs" or Standard Operating Procedures process documentation for IT Procurement reporting (example: how to validate and cleanse data to ensure accuracy) in support of future system automation objectives.

The Person:

• 4-5+ years Finance or equivalent experience with global, complex, strategic initiatives/ corporate environment. Management consulting background preferred.
• Familiarity with Strategic Procurement and/or IT (hardware, software, IT related labor) highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or other quantitative discipline. MBA preferred.
• Expert Level proficiency in Excel (VBA/macros not required),
• Core Competencies: Analytical Skills (Data/Financial/ Price Analysis), Project/Time Management, Problem Solving, Communication/ Presentation, Results Orientation, Relationship Building, Business & Professional Acumen.
