Laserfiche’s consulting team is looking for a dedicated Support Engineer II to diagnose customer software issues, solve problems on the fly, and design and build custom solutions.

What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with customers to diagnose issues
- Collect technical information for escalation
- Support customers with questions about licensing, security, functionality, deployment, and integration
- Install, configure and license software for implementation
- Provide troubleshooting, training, and support for customers during testing and post-deployment
What We’re looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Range: $67,000 - $ 100,000
