Collaborate seamlessly with analysts to deliver swift issue resolution, harnessing the power of cutting-edge supply chain technologies. Your role extends to the forefront of innovation as you test and implement client-specific enhancements, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Communication with clients takes center stage as you navigate seamlessly between addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing dedicated post-implementation support.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
- 1 year of experience developing, supporting or implementing [packaged] application software
- 6 months experience with database troubleshooting or developing in SQL or related relational database
- Requires up to 25% travel.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience supporting Supply Chain/Order Management products
- Experience with order fulfillment processes, logistics, and inventory management
- Ability to understand and meet customer requirements and expectations
