Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have excellent SAP and Outlook skills
- They will deliver excellent Customer Service acting as a key liaison between our customers and our company by assisting with general inquiries regarding but not limited to: pricing, products, availability of inventory, delivery schedules, order confirmations, and invoicing and collections
- Support and consult with the warehouse to ship and expedite shipments.
- Handle incoming calls and provide some technical assistance to customers
Your profile:
- 2-3 years of experience in SAP in Customer Support
- Work Authorization (Required)
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing personality with the ability to develop a quick rapport with internal (Team) and external customers
- Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, and work independently of supervision.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the inside sales or Customer Service environment
- High School diploma (Required)
