Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a Support Center Representative to join our team!
In short, this role will:

• Answer assisted living and skilled nursing facility customer's inquiries
• Answer calls from community residents, family members, physicians, hospice providers, and internal Consonus team members to help get medications to our residents accurately and timely
• Establish positive relationships with both internal and external customers
• Use proactive approach to customer concerns and have the ability to seek assistance or escalate to Supervisor/Manager as needed

• Current State Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
• Experience in providing customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task by answering multiple calls, navigating multiple computer applications, and finding information.
• Ability to work under pressure and in time-sensitive situations.
