What you'll do:

• Take ownership and manage the Supplier-Replenishment-Merchant relationships, ensuring industry-leading on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize inventory flow, minimizing shortages and maximizing efficiencies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising and Operations teams, aligning supply plans with sales objectives.
• Lead strategic initiatives to innovate and streamline inventory logistics, driving cost efficiencies while upholding quality service standards.
• Track inventory through the supply chain to ensure critical in-club dates, like seasonal sets and planograms, are always met.
• Action a series of replenishment exceptions daily that affect supply and impact Clubs and Members.

What you'll bring:

• Understanding of end-to-end retail supply chain processes, demonstrating experience enhancing them.
• A track record in enhancing OTIF performance.
• 1+ years of experience in Data Analytics, SQL/ Big Data and Power Bi
• Comfortable in an influential role, securing buy-in from leadership, and can coordinate across Merchandising and the overall Supply Chain.
• Agile, with a test-and-learn mindset, able to swiftly synthesize vast data for business insights and recommendations.
