Our Operations team is seeking a Supply Planner for FIJI Water who will be responsible for providing a supply plan to support our global sales strategy, and manage inventory levels across the US, Canada, Europe & Australia warehouses. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is looking for high visibility and the chance to be a key member of a dynamic department with impact across all the supply chain processes.
Job Description

• Ensure shipment POs and bookings are created on time and correctly, communicate shipping forecasts with third party shipping carriers and manage empty container requirements to meet our production plan
• Provide support to the customer service team to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled, and create transfers as needed
• Publish direct orders file to customer service team to ensure direct customer orders are planned properly
• Manage and publish production/shipments plan to the production team and confirm the plan is within capacity constraints while maintaining optimal inventory levels at all warehouses
• Coordinate with sourcing, raw materials, ocean carriers and production team to avoid any production setbacks.
• Maintain and track inventory levels/weeks of coverage by SKU across all US and International warehouses between established goals to support sales strategy
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• BS/BA required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Finance, or Business Management.
• 2+ years of Supply Chain planning or related experience preferred
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Outlook
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain management processes
• Experience with any MRP or supply planning software such as Oracle Supply Planning Cloud a plus
• Demonstrated organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Strong oral, active listening, and written communication skills
• Proven success in a fast paced, results oriented and continually changing environment
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete or ambiguous information
• Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally to achieve ambitious results

Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000, and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
