Senior Planner/ Analyst Supply Chain
Job Profile
Trifecta is the largest organic meal delivery service in the US, based in Sacramento, California.
We provide a variety of fully-cooked meal options for customers to choose from that match their ideal dietary and lifestyle goals from paleo, keto, plant-based, and clean eating. We ship weekly, nationwide.

We are searching for a talented Demand Planner to ensure our company’s operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. You will assist in all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, and developing forecast models. You will be in constant communication with our production, fulfillment, sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate forecasting and transfer of information.
To succeed in this role, you should be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent communication skills. A successful candidate should also have an in-depth knowledge of advanced mathematical, statistical, and forecasting models.
Responsibilities
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a data intensive position – preferably in Forecasting, Inventory Planning (DRP, MRP), Supply Chain or operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, economics, mathematics or other relevant fields.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel. VBA and SQL a plus.
- Experience with inventory, MRP, replenishment planning systems and process (ERP/DRP/MRP/S&OP).
- Preferably have experience with Tableau and JavaScript – understanding of basic statistical analysis and experience with Python or R.
- APICS/CPIM certification is preferred.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
- Experience in e-commerce and perishable products
- Capability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
