Refreshment Services Pepsi is seeking a Full-Time Supply Chain Specialist to join our talented team and make a difference! We are looking for a self-motivated applicant who will be responsible for Supply Chain demand and forecast planning, supporting the operations team through product procurement, project management, new product costing and setup, replenishment of products in multiple warehouses. This role will interact directly with multiple locations and all departments of the company.

In this position you will support the operations team in executing the timely sourcing and procurement of the approximately 900 plus sku’s for Tallahassee and Key West, Florida warehouses. Through this process you will work very closely with the sales team in forecasting product demand of our customers to ensure fulfillment of their orders by eliminating out of stocks. The successful candidate will need to generate and maintain internal metrics for inventory, profitability, and procurement-based knowledge of the workflow and picking process within the warehouses. The candidate will need to make recommendations to leadership about improvements in inventory life cycle, and report to leadership on stock levels, quality control issues, missing and/or incorrect sku's, identify cost saving opportunities to make a financial impact.

The position is in Tallahassee, Florida and requires travel to Key West, Florida four to five times a year. This position requires someone who is highly motivated, very analytical, knowledgeable in data analysis and forecasting methods, strong problem-solving skills, possess solid judgement, and decision-making ability, and can deal with ambiguity and complex situations. This position is ideal for an experienced candidate with two or more years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or Supply Chain management position. It is important to be able to physically work in an office environment and to travel.
