The Job at a Glance 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver the best possible experience for our customers. Serving as the friendly voice and trusted resource of Encompass, you will be in constant communication with customers, and supporting them throughout the entire ordering process. If you thrive at building strong relationships with customers by displaying high energy, have great attention to detail, and have a passion to go above and beyond -We want to meet you!
 

A Typical Day

·       Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personal emotional connections

·       Proactively respond to product/service inquiries via chat.   

·       Accurately place and process orders per Customer Service Representative guidelines. 

·       Recognize and act on the opportunity to up sell additional products and services to customers.   

·       Follow up on all open quotes and unresolved customer inquiries.   

·       Properly and accurately documenting all calls.

 

To Land This Opportunity

·       You can work a schedule of Monday- Friday from 8:30 am- 5:00 pm

·       You have great communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written).

·       You get excited about taking a high volume of in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor in troubleshooting.

·       You have reliable, high speed ethernet internet connection at home (at lease 10 mpbs)

·       You build strong customer relationships and develop loyal customers by understanding customer needs.

·       You thrive working independently and efficiently in meeting all deadlines.

·       You exemplify all company policies and procedures.

·       You know MS Office (Word and Excel); you may not be a master but you’re on your way.

·       You have a High School Diploma and/or combination of customer service experience. Your average typing speed is 40 wpm.

·       You live in one of these states: Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Nevada, Indiana, Texas, and West Virginia).
