Join the Customer Support - AOG team and help shape logistics for a changing world! We are looking to hire an experienced, motivated professional with a demonstrated record of success working in environments that require quick and structured response.
Our AOG team operates from Paris, Singapore and Atlanta to support our worldwide airline customers 24/7 with the spares that they require to keep their aircraft flying.
As Supply Chain Specialist at our Atlanta branch, you will be part of one of the most successful international partnerships. You'll work closely together with Original Aircraft's Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and Airlines.
As a key member of the AOG team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all AOG shipments meet high standards and get where they need to go on time. You'll work with multiple stakeholders to make this happen every day!
Customer & Supplier relationship :
•Respond to customer and supplier inquiries
•Dealing with AOG orders and prioritizing customer requests
•Advise the customer on alternative solutions for the sourcing of parts
•Contributing to the smooth transition of 24/7 services within our worldwide stations
•Communicate with internal and external customers
Operations :
•Find suitable transport solutions for the movement of parts to/from the customer
•Coordinate parts delivery in accordance with customer contractual service levels
•Ensure follow-up on customer part returns
•Analyze, write, and submit quotes (sale, repair, exchange...)
•Contribute to the management of electronic archiving and filing of global activities
•Navigate and process different data sources of information such as catalog prices, manuals, and procedures
Reporting :
•Report operational deviations and issues to the management
•Participate and make valuable contribution to the different team meetings
Quality :
•Be an active contributor to the continuous improvement process and execute corrective actions as required
•Participate in the drafting of operating procedures, update and use them
Autonomy :
•Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
•Effectively categorize the criticality of an order and make judgement on the best course of action, including reaching out to our supplier's AOG Hot Line•

Associate degree or equivalent
•At least 3 years' experience in Customer Service, preferable in Supply Chain or aerospace
•Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
•Working in daytime shifts including weekends
•Computer literacy: Microsoft office, SAP, Quantum or other ERP system is a plus
Salary Description
$24/hr
