POSITION DESCRIPTION: Manage and develop the Supply Chain for KORE's Internet of Things (IoT) business, taking responsibility for the accurate and on-time delivery of millions of items to customers around the globe. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including both internal (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) and external partners (manufacturers, distributors, logistics providers) to plan for growth, identify issues, and implement initiatives to scale and improve the IoT Supply Chain. Provide daily monitoring of outbound orders and 3PL spot checks to ensure operations are done according to requirements. Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors across the value chain to verify requirements, set KPIs, monitor performance in a transparent manner, and escalate when necessary. Ensure internal teams are equipped with the appropriate hardware to support global sales efforts. Proactively identify potential Supply Chain complications and provide scalable solutions before problems become critical. Work directly with strategic customers to provide Twilio with full visibility on future needs and fulfill I00% of orders without delays. Partner with engineering teams on building systems to track "non-serial" inventory, improve process automation for both Twilio and external vendors, and create automated end-to-end alerting systems to surface Supply Chain issues. Partner with Sales to explain Twilio's Supply Chain operations to prospects, and to expedite orders when needed. Constantly seek ways to improve performance and/or reduce costs: seek new vendors and renegotiate agreements with current ones, understand and solve recurring issues with international shipping, and manage inventory levels such that Twilio can fulfill all orders without allocating excess capital. Use forecasting and system capacity testing to plan and develop an IoT Supply Chain to facilitate expected growth over the next 3-5 years.

Experience is required and must include: SQL, Tableau, Power BI, ETL Queries, MS Excel and Access, SAP ERP, SAP APO, MS Access, and Looker.
