JOB TITLE: SUPPLY CHAIN SYSTEMS SPECIALIST
Job Summary: The Supply Chain Systems Specialist position is a regular full-time, hourly position within Terrapin Beer Company that is responsible for providing support to various functions within and outside the Operations division for ERP systems, budgeting, planning/forecasting, ordering, reporting, and analysis in a variety of areas. The incumbent will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager Supply Chain.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with maintaining and modifying Operations and Supply Chain systems to ensure efficiency. Compiles, reviews, analyzes, records data, and assists with producing accurate and timely reports.
  • Perform day-to-day administration and support of Orchestrated Beer (Obeer) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Create, modify, and manage Obeer Reports across multiple departments
  • Maintaining count of current finished goods and raw material inventory as well as Future Inventory Status Analysis for planning and ordering purposes.
  • Run Material Resource Planning (MRP) scenarios through Obeer and place orders for brewing and packaging materials.
  • Assist in developing reports and reporting dashboards to improve data analysis and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with streamlining internal processes and data flow.
  • Provide end user support and troubleshooting for issues related to ERP system.
  • Research issues, resolve problems and recommend appropriate changes.
  • Manage system user access, permissions and security.
  • Create and maintain both end-user and administrative documentation.
  • Communicate between departments to understand their business processes; customize and configure ERP and MRP functionality accordingly.
  • Maintains accurate records related to our internal costing model used for investigating the cost to produce finished goods and consistently updating with new recipes for new brands.
  • Assists Senior Management and other organizational personnel as necessary with ad hoc request for reporting or any business and Supply Chain analyses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
2-year degree in Management Information Systems or Supply Chain Management with 1-2 years experience. (Or) Completion of a High School diploma with 1-2 years of comparable experience. Preference given to applicants with relevant experience either in manufacturing, food production or a similar industry.
Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry files weighing up to 10 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
Must be able to work 8-10 hours shifts and be able to work varying shifts dependent on operational business needs of the brewery.
This position also requires excellent time management skills as well as very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidates must be proficient in MS Office software with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and have familiarity with SAP-based ERP systems. Previous experience with Orchestrated Beer software systems is preferred.
